안양산업진흥원(이사장 최대호)이 지난 9월 3일 안양창업지원센터 강당에서 ‘2024년 제1차 산학관 협력 협의회’를 개최했다.
산·학·관 간 유기적인 협력체계를 구축하고 협력우수사례 발굴 및 맞춤형 취업 연계 추진을 위해 개최된 이날 협의회에는 안양대, 연성대, 대림대, 성결대, 한세대, 계원예술대, 한양대 등 7개 대학 산학협력단장과 안양문화고, 평촌경영고, 평촌과학기술고, 경기게임마이스터고, 근명고, 안양공업고 등 6개 특성화고 교장 및 취업 담당 부장 교사, 안양과천교육지원청, 2개의 관내 유망 강소기업 대표이사 및 안양시 기업경제과 관계자 등이 참석했다.
이날 회의는 대림대학교 산학협력단(단장 이양창)의 산학협력 우수사례 발표를 시작으로 첨단산업 반도체 인력 양성(부트캠프) 사업 소개 및 취업 연계 지원을 위한 대학과 기업의 공동 단기 집중 산학협력프로그램 개발 등 산·학·관 간 상생 발전과 지역 선순환에 기여하기로 했다.
㈜린온컴퍼니(대표 김영진)와 ㈜코봇시스템(대표 근종현)도 회사소개와 함께 스타트업이 강소기업으로 성공하기 위해서는 지역 내 산·학·관의 지원이 절실함을 느끼고 있다며, 유기적인 협력을 위해 최선을 다하겠다고 밝혔다.
특별 초빙된 6개 특성화고 교장들은 특성화고 학생들의 조기 취업과 일·학습병행 등의 원활한 운영을 위해 산학관 유기적인 협력체계 구축이 필요하다며, 각 기관별 애로사항 해결과 제안사항 수렴 공간이 필요하다는 의견을 피력했다. 안양과천교육지원청은 적극적인 지원을 약속했다.
조광희 안양산업진흥원장은 “주기적으로 산학관 협력 협의회 자리를 마련해 참여기관들의 우수사례를 공유하고 애로사항을 해결하겠다”며, “지역경제 현안 과제의 해결방안 도출과 기업이 요구하는 인력의 원활한 연결 및 기술적 교류 등 산학관 협력에 필요한 매개체 역할을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Anyang Industrial Promotion Agency (Chairman Choi Dae-ho) held the ‘2024 1st Industry-Academia-Government Cooperation Council’ in the Anyang Startup Support Center auditorium on September 3.
The meeting was held to establish an organic cooperation system between industry, academia, and government, discover best practices in cooperation, and promote customized employment linkage. The meeting was attended by heads of industry-academia cooperation groups from seven universities, including Anyang University, Yonsei University, Daerim University, Sungkyul University, Hansei University, Kyewon Arts University, and Hanyang University; principals and head teachers in charge of employment from six specialized high schools, including Anyang Cultural High School, Pyeongchon Management High School, Pyeongchon Science and Technology High School, Gyeonggi Game Meister High School, Geunmyeong High School, and Anyang Technical High School; Anyang Gwacheon Office of Education; CEOs of two promising small and medium-sized enterprises in the region; and officials from Anyang City’s Corporate Economy Division. The meeting began with a presentation on best practices in industry-academia cooperation by Daerim University’s Industry-Academia Cooperation Group (Director Yangchang Lee), followed by an introduction to the cutting-edge semiconductor human resource development (boot camp) project and the development of a short-term intensive industry-academia cooperation program jointly developed by universities and companies to support employment linkage, and agreed to contribute to the mutually beneficial development between industry, academia, and government and to a virtuous cycle in the region. LinOn Company (CEO Kim Young-jin) and Cobot System (CEO Geun Jong-hyeon) also introduced their companies and said that they felt that support from industry, academia, and government in the region was essential for startups to succeed as strong companies, and that they would do their best for organic cooperation.
The principals of the six specially invited specialized high schools expressed their opinion that an organic cooperation system between industry, academia, and government is necessary for early employment and smooth operation of work-study parallel management for specialized high school students, and that a space is needed to resolve difficulties and collect suggestions for each institution. Anyang-Gwacheon Office of Education promised active support.
Cho Gwang-hee, the president of Anyang Industrial Promotion Agency, said, “We will periodically hold industry-academia-government cooperation council meetings to share best practices from participating institutions and resolve difficulties,” and “We will do our best to serve as a mediator necessary for industry-academia-government cooperation, such as deriving solutions to current issues in the local economy, smooth connection of human resources required by companies, and technological exchanges.”
