군포시가 지난 11월 27일 서울 웨스틴 조선호텔에서 열린 2024년 TV조선 주관 제11회 경영대상에서 ‘혁신경영대상’을 수상했다.

군포시는 선도적인 도시관리 전략과 공간 혁신을 통해 도시 경쟁력을 강화하고 미래도시로 도약하기 위해 추진한 다양한 정책과 사업들이 높은 평가를 받아 이 상을 수상했다.

TV조선 경영대상은 TV조선이 주최하고 기획재정부, 과학기술정보통신부, 행정안전부 등이 후원하는 상으로, 다양한 분야에서 경영혁신을 통해 새로운 변화와 도전을 실천하는 기관이나 기업을 대상으로 엄격한 심사를 거쳐 수상자를 선정한다.

군포시는 1기 신도시 재정비를 선도하며 전국 최초로 미래도시지원센터를 개소하고 주택 리모델링 활성화 방안을 마련하고 신분당선 연장 사업 추진, 금정역사 통합개발 전략 수립 등 다양한 혁신적 시도를 통해 미래지향적인 도시 변화를 이끌어냈다.

그림책꿈마루 운영을 통해서는 시민들에게 문화 향유의 기회를 제공하며 창의적이고 따뜻한 문화공간을 조성했다.

Gunpo City won the ‘Innovative Management Award’ at the 11th Management Awards hosted by TV Chosun in 2024 held at the Westin Chosun Hotel in Seoul on November 27.

Gunpo City won this award for its various policies and projects promoted to strengthen urban competitiveness and leap forward as a future city through leading urban management strategies and spatial innovation.

The TV Chosun Management Award is an award hosted by TV Chosun and sponsored by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Ministry of Science and ICT, and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. It selects winners through strict screening from organizations or companies that practice new changes and challenges through management innovation in various fields. Gunpo City has led the redevelopment of the first new city, opened the first Future City Support Center in the country, established a plan to revitalize housing remodeling, promoted the extension of the Shinbundang Line, and established a strategy for integrated development of Geumjeong Station, and has led future-oriented urban changes through various innovative attempts.
