경기도의회 기획재정위원회 이채명 의원(더불어민주당, 안양6)이 지난 2월 4일 경기도의회 안양상담소에서 안양·과천교육지원청 관계자들과 함께 2025년 학교시설 현안수요사업에 대한 보고를 받고, 학교 내·외부 시설 개선 필요사항을 점검하는 간담회를 가졌다.

이번 간담회는 학생과 교직원의 안전확보 및 학습 환경조성을 위한 실질적 방안을 모색하고, 학교 내 진입로 개선사업, 학교시설 현안수요사업, 배수로 개선사업 등 지역현안과 정책을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

이채명 의원은 호계초 옥상 방수 및 난간안전개선사업, 호원초 난간 안전개선사업, 신기초 석면제거사업, 호성초 석면제거 및 외벽개선사업, 신기중 석면제거 및 드라이비트개선사업, 호계중 내진보강사업, 신기중 학교내 보도차도 분리사업 등에 관해 참석한 관계자들한테 안전을 통한 학교환경개선이 될 수 있도록 당부했다.

이 의원은 “호성초, 호원초, 호계중 등 일부 학교에서 진입로 정비가 시급한 상황이라며, 학교 경사로 안전사고 예방시설(열선깔기), 미끄럼 방지포장, 차량 진·출입 개선사업 등을 포함한 학교 인프라 개선이 필요하다”며, “학교시설 개선은 학생들의 안전한 학습 환경조성과 직결된 중요한 과제다. 안양과천교육지원청과 지속적으로 소통하며 해당 사업이 원활하게 추진될 수 있도록 적극 협력해 나겠다”고 말했다.

On February 4, Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly Planning and Finance Committee Assemblyman Lee Chae-myeong (Democratic Party of Korea, Anyang 6) held a meeting with officials from Anyang and Gwacheon Office of Education at the Anyang Counseling Center of the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly to receive a report on the 2025 school facility demand project and to review the improvement needs for facilities inside and outside the school.

This meeting was held to seek practical measures to ensure the safety of students and faculty and create a learning environment, and to discuss local issues and policies such as the school access road improvement project, school facility demand project, and drainage improvement project. Rep. Lee Chae-myeong urged the attendees to improve the school environment through safety regarding the Hogye Elementary School rooftop waterproofing and railing safety improvement project, Howon Elementary School railing safety improvement project, Singi Elementary School asbestos removal project, Hoseong Elementary School asbestos removal and exterior wall improvement project, Singi Middle School asbestos removal and dryvit improvement project, Hogye Middle School earthquake reinforcement project, and Singi Middle School sidewalk and road separation project. Rep. Lee said, “Some schools, including Hoseong Elementary School, Howon Elementary School, and Hogye Middle School, urgently need to improve their access roads, and school infrastructure improvement is necessary, including school ramp safety accident prevention facilities (heating), anti-slip paving, and vehicle entry and exit improvement projects.” He added, “Improving school facilities is an important task directly related to creating a safe learning environment for students. We will continue to communicate with the Anyang-Gwacheon Office of Education and actively cooperate so that the relevant projects can proceed smoothly.”
