경기도가 지난 2월 19일 과천지식정보타운에서 ㈜미소정보기술 등 10개 AI(인공지능) 기업과 ‘AI 산업 활성화를 위한 기업 소통 간담회’를 개최했다.

이날 회의에는 경기도 김기병 AI국장과 이수재 AI산업육성과장, 박원열 AI미래행정과장, 원금동 AI데이터인프라과장, 카이스트 장영재 교수가 참석해다. 과천지식정보타운에 입주한 기업으로는 ㈜미소정보기술(대표 안동욱), ㈜위세아이텍(대표 김다산), ㈜아이티센엔텍(대표 신장호), 솔트웨어(주)(대표 이정근), ㈜아큐리스(대표 이정환), 비상교육 글로벌컴퍼니(대표 노중일), ㈜가온아이(대표 조창제), ㈜와이즈스톤(대표 이영석), 메가존 클라우드(대표 염동훈), 앤에스씨정보시스템(대표 한만영) 등 10개 AI 기업의 대표가 참석했다. 이밖에 경기도경제과학진흥원 AI산업팀장이 참석해 급변하는 AI 환경에서의 AI 산업의 경쟁력 강화와 협력 방안을 논의했다.

김기병 경기도 AI국장은 인사말에서 “경기도는 AI 혁신을 이끄는 기업들이 지속적으로 성장할 수 있도록 정책적 지원을 아끼지 않을 것”이라며 AI 생태계 조성을 위해 기업과의 긴밀한 협력을 강조했다. 이후 경기도의 2025년 주요 AI 정책인 ‘생성형 AI 플랫폼 구축 사업’ 및 ‘AI 데이터센터 구축 사업’을 소개했다.
