안양시가 소득 또는 연령과 상관없이 돌봄이 필요한 누구나 지원받을 수 있도록 ‘누구나 돌봄’ 사업을 추진한다.

안양시는 지난 2월 6일 오후 시청 접견실에서 ‘누구나 돌봄’ 사업 추진을 위한 제공기관 9곳과 업무협약을 체결했다.

‘누구나 돌봄’은 거동이 불편하고 독립적인 생활이 어려운 시민 또는 돌봄을 제공할 가족이 없으면서 공적 돌봄 서비스를 받지 못하는 시민을 대상으로 하는 돌봄서비스이다.

안양시의 ‘누구나 돌봄’은 △생활 돌봄(신체활동·가사지원) △동행 돌봄(병원·일상동행) △주거 안전( 소규모집수리·청소·방역) △일시보호(일정기간 시설보호) 등 4가지 맞춤형 서비스.

‘누구나 돌봄’ 사업 참여 제공기관은 △도우누리안양돌봄센터 △효행재가장기요양센터 △사단법인 안양YWCA △천사의 방문재가요양센터 △1004재가복지센터 △삼성중앙주간보호센터 △모두앤컴퍼니(주) △사회적협동조합 정리하우스 △안양지역자활센터 등이며, 협약에 따라 오는 12월까지 서비스를 제공한다.

‘누구나 돌봄’ 신청은 거주지 관할 행정복지센터를 방문하거나 경기민원24 누리집(gg24.gg.go.kr)에서 온라인으로 할 수 있다.

비용은 중위소득을 기준으로 차등 지원되며, 1인 기준 연 최대 150만원까지 지원된다. 사업비는 안양시와 경기도가 50%씩 부담한다.

최대호 안양시장은 “민관 협력체계를 강화해 돌봄 공백을 해소하고자 한다”면서 “시민들이 편리하고 안전하게 돌봄서비스를 받을 수 있도록 사업 추진에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
