경기도의회 더불어민주당(대표의원 최종현, 수원7)이 ‘광복 80주년 기념 안중근 의사 기획전시회Ⅱ’ 개막식을 지난 3월 6일 경기도 북부청사 본관에서 개최했다.

‘광복 80주년 기념 안중근 의사 기획전시회Ⅱ’는 지난 2월 20일부터 3월 3일까지 경기도청 1층 로비에서 개최한데 이어 경기북부 도민들에게도 안중근 의사의 삶과 철학을 함께 공유하기 위해 경기도 북부청사 본관 1층 로비에서 개최됐다.

이날 개막식에는 최종현 대표의원과 정윤경 부의장(군포1) 등 더불어민주당 소속 의원들이 참석하고, 안중근의사기념사업회에서 윤원일 박사와 윤원태 사무총장이 함께 했다.

이날 인사말에서 최종현 대표의원은 “안중근 의사가 남긴 유묵과 생전 사진을 통해 그의 철학과 독립운동의 열정을 되새기고, 혼란한 시대에 안중근 의사가 꿈꾸었던 조국을 어떻게 실현할 수 있는지 고민하는 소중한 시간이 되길 바란다”며, “나라를 위한 희생이 헛되지 않도록 대한민국이 지금의 위기를 잘 극복하여 더 나은 미래를 향해 나가자”고 호소했다.

정윤경 부의장은 “그분이 꿈꾸셨던 자유와 평화의 가치를 가슴에 깊이 새기며, 선열들의 희생이 헛되지 않도록 우리 각자가 맡은 자리에서 최선을 다하자”고 전했다.

이번 기획전시회Ⅱ는 3월 14일(금)까지 안중근 의사가 뤼순 감옥에서 남긴 유묵과 생전 모습이 담긴 사진 80여 점이 전시돼 도민과 만나게 된다.
