민병덕 의원(더불어민주당, 안양동안갑)이 지난 3월 8일 오후 안양시청 2층 대강당에서 지역 주민 약 1,000명이 참석한 가운데 ‘우리동네가 달라집니다. 새로워진 우리동네가 좋아 집니다’라는 슬로건 아래 2025년 의정보고대회를 개최했다. 이날 의정보고대회에서는 안양동안구갑에 지역구가 있는 시·도 의원의 의정보고회와 박선원 국회의원의 특별강연도 함께 진행됐다.

민병덕 의원은 이날 “내란 국정조사 특별위원회 위원으로서 내란의 진상을 규명하고, 빠른 수습으로 민생회복에 주력하겠다”며, “더불어민주당 을지로 위원장으로서 약자의 편에 서는 것을 넘어 갑과 을의 관계에서 정의로운 균형이 맞춰지도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

이날 의정보고대회는 민생경제 회복, 더 나은 안양을 위한 활동으로 △위례과천선 연장으로 비산사거리역 추진을 위한 26년 상반기 ‘제5차 국가철도망 구출계획’, ‘제5차 대도시권 광역교통시행계획’ 건설교통부 건의 △달빛어린이병원(소아과 야간·휴일 진료 병원) 개원 △인덕원 역세권 복합개발 25년 6월 부지 조성공사 착공 예정 △25년, 인덕원·수촌·중촌·부림 마을 정비예정구역 지정 추진 △관양시장 일대 주차난 소규모 정비사업과 연계해 주차난 해결 노력 △서울대-안양 직통선(서울 서부선 남부 연장) 26년 상반기 ‘제5차 대도시권 광역교통시행계획’ 건설교통부 건의 △26년 하반기, 평촌도서관 완공, 재개관 예정 등 달라지는 지역 의정활동 내역 등을 지역주민들에게 설명했다.

민병덕 의원은 △장기분할상환 지원에 대한 법적 근거 마련으로 소상공인·자영업자 부담경감을 위한 ‘소상공인 대출 장기분할 상환법’ △불법사금융업자의 불법 이자 수익을 차단해 불법사금융 근절을 위한 ‘불법사금융 근절법’ △가맹본부에 대한 가맹점단체의 협의 요청권을 보장하는 ‘가맹사업법’ △은행이 지불해야 할 법정 출연금을 고객의 대출이자에 떠넘기지 못하도록 하는 ‘은행법’ △부당 특약 무효화 및 공공건설 표준하도급 계약서를 의무화하는 ‘하도급법’ △블록체인 기반 토큰증권 법제화 및 이용자 보호를 위한 ‘토큰 증권법’ △가상자산 거래 시 실명 사용을 의무화하는 ‘가상자산이용자법’ 등 총 34건의 법안을 대표 발의했다.

이날 의정보고대회 후반부에는 경청의 시간을 마련하고 주민들이 직접 의견을 전달하는 질의응답 시간을 가졌다.

민병덕 의원은 “제22대 국회 의정 활동에서 안양 시민의 삶을 개선하고 지역 발전을 이루기 위해 최선을 다해왔다” “앞으로도 약자의 편에 서는 것을 넘어 갑과 을의 관계에서 정의로운 균형이 맞춰지도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 강조했다.
