군포의왕교육지원청(교육장 성정현)이 지난 3월 6일 군포의왕교육지원청 3층 청백리홀에서 ‘2025 군포다움공유학교 강사 워크숍’을 개최했다.

군포다움공유학교는 지역사회와의 협력을 기반으로 개별 학생 맞춤형 교육과 다양한 학습 기회를 보장하기 위한 학교 밖 교육 플랫폼. 학생들은 이 플랫폼을 통해 다양한 경로로 각자의 ‘나다움 성장 STORY’를 만들어 갈 수 있다.

이번 워크숍에서는 2025 군포다움공유학교 프로그램을 운영하는 강사를 대상으로 수업 운영 시 안전교육, 초·중·고 학생 지도법의 이해 연수, 경기공유학교 정책 안내 등이 진행됐다.

경기도안전공제회 최형욱 팀장은 공유학교에서 발생하는 안전사고 사례, 자주 발생하는 수업 안전 사고, 안전 사고 발생 시 대처법과 대응 요령에 대한 안전교육을 진행했다.

부곡중앙초 오순이 수석은 초·중·고등학생 지도법, 수업 중 학생과 소통법, 발문 방법 등 수업 운영에 대한 연수를 진행해 강사들의 높은 호응을 얻었다.

성정현 교육장은 “2025 군포다움공유학교의 내실 있는 운영을 위해서는 강사들의 역량 강화가 필수 조건”이라며, “ 앞으로도 다양한 분야의 필요한 연수를 마련하여 공유학교의 안정적인 운영과 성장을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 2025 군포다움공유학교 1기 프로그램 수강 신청은 군포·의왕의 초3~고3 학생 및 동일 연령대 학교 밖 청소년을 대상으로 3월 12일(수) 09:00부터 3월 17일(월) 16:00까지 경기공유학교 홈페이지(https://gong-u.goe.go.kr/base/main/view)를 통해 진행될 예정이다.

This workshop provided safety education for instructors who run the 2025 Gunpo Daum Shared School program, training on understanding elementary, middle, and high school student guidance methods, and guidance on Gyeonggi shared school policies.
