안양1동 지역사회보장협의체(민간위원장 오영규, 공공위원장 신미경)가 지난 11월 10일 조개생각에서 ‘안양1동 기부의날’ 행사를 개최했다.

이날 행사는 안양시의회 장명희 보사환경위원장(더불어민주당, 안양가), 김정중 안양시의원(국민의힘, 안양가), 안양1동 주민자치회·지역사회보장협의체 위원을 비롯한 안양1동의 사회단체 회원들, 안양1동 주민 등 200여명이 참석해 성황을 이뤘다.

이날 평촌운수(대표 김종호) 500만원, ㈜오토켐(대표 문동진) 600만원, ㈜델타코리아(대표 최석용) 1,000만원, ㈜미미(회장 조인주) 300만 원 등 기업 후원금 2,400만 원, 현금 모금 4,125,000원, 음식 판매대금 120만 원, 터치 모금 20만 원 등 총 2,952만5,000원이 모금됐다.

이밖에도 서종구 영광기획 대표가 타올 100개(60만원 상당), 연세신통외관이 건강 진단권(30만원 상당)을 찬조했으며, 안양1동 민간협의체 위원들과 안양1동 직원 등 20여명이 자원봉사자로 참여해 모금활동에 기여했다.

안양1동 지역사회보장협의체 오영규 위원장은 “모금된 금액은 전액 내년도 사업비로 활용될 것”이라며, “올해 모금이 많이 돼 내년에는 그동안 해왔던 ‘명절맞이 꾸러미 선물’, 열무김치 나눔, 음식쿠폰 제공, 미용봉사, 어르신 나들이 행사, 냉난방비 지원, 효잔치에 추가로 어르신들의 문화활동을 위해 공연티켓을 50분에게 제공해드릴 예정”이라고 밝혔다. 오영규 위원장은 10년째 후원을 이어오고 있는 평촌운수 김종호 대표에게 특별한 감사를 전했다.

The Anyang 1-dong Community Security Council (Chairman Oh Young-gyu, Private Sector Committee, Chairwoman Shin Mi-kyung, Public Sector Committee) held the "Anyang 1-dong Donation Day" event at Jogaesaenggak on November 10th.

The event was a great success, with approximately 200 people in attendance, including Anyang City Council Chairwoman Jang Myeong-hee (Democratic Party of Korea, Anyang-ga), Anyang City Council Member Kim Jeong-jung (People Power Party, Anyang-ga), Anyang 1-dong Residents' Association and Community Security Council members, members of Anyang 1-dong civic groups, and Anyang 1-dong residents. On this day, a total of 29,525,000 won was raised, including 5 million won from Pyeongchon Transportation (CEO Kim Jong-ho), 6 million won from Autochem Co., Ltd. (CEO Moon Dong-jin), 10 million won from Delta Korea Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Seok-yong), and 3 million won from Mimi Co., Ltd. (Chairman Cho In-joo). Around 20 volunteers, including members of the Anyang 1-dong Civil Council and employees of Anyang 1-dong, also contributed to the fundraising efforts.

Anyang 1-dong Community Social Security Council Chairman Oh Young-gyu said, “All of the money raised will be used for next year’s operating expenses,” and “We raised a lot of money this year, so next year, in addition to the ‘Holiday Package Gifts,’ sharing of pickled radish kimchi, providing food coupons, hairdressing services, senior outing events, support for heating and cooling costs, and filial piety feasts that we have been doing so far, we plan to provide 50 performance tickets to support cultural activities for the elderly.” Chairman Oh Young-gyu expressed special gratitude to Pyeongchon Transportation CEO Kim Jong-ho, who has been supporting us for the past 10 years.
