경기도의회 이채명 의원(더불어민주당, 안양6)이 지난 12월 4일 안양지역교육협력 지역협의회 정기회의 참석 후, 경기도의회 안양상담소에서 안양과천교육지원청 관계자와 ‘안양과천미리내공유학교’ 활성화 방안을 논의했다.

이날 면담에서는 ▲학교 밖 지역사회 협력 프로그램 확대 ▲학생 진로·적성 기반 교육과정 강화 ▲기관 간 MOU 확대 및 거점공간 확보 방안 ▲학생 참여율·만족도 제고 등 주요 현안이 집중 검토됐다.

안양과천미리내공유학교는 지역 대학, 연구기관, 사회단체 등과 연계해 다양한 학습 기회를 제공하는 지역 기반 교육 플랫폼이다. 올해 안양·과천 지역에서 389개 프로그램이 운영됐으며 약 7천 명의 학생이 참여한 것으로 집계됐다.

이채명 의원은 “지역사회 연계 교육은 학생들의 학습 선택권을 넓히는 중요한 과제”라며 “미리내공유학교가 지역 맞춤형 미래교육 모델로 자리 잡을 수 있도록 교육지원청과 협력을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 경기도의회 안양상담소는 도민 의견 수렴과 지역 현안 논의를 위한 창구 역할을 하고 있으며, 온라인 예약을 통해 방문 상담이 가능하다.

Gyeonggi Provincial Council Member Lee Chae-myeong Discusses Revitalization of Anyang and Gwacheon Mirinae Shared Schools

Gyeonggi Provincial Council Member Lee Chae-myeong (Democratic Party of Korea, Anyang 6th District) attended the regular meeting of the Anyang Regional Education Cooperation Council on December 4th. He then discussed revitalization plans for the Anyang and Gwacheon Mirinae Shared Schools with officials from the Anyang and Gwacheon Office of Education at the Anyang Counseling Center.

The meeting focused on key issues, including expanding community collaboration programs outside of school, strengthening the curriculum based on student career and aptitude, expanding inter-institutional MOUs and securing a hub space, and improving student participation and satisfaction.

The Anyang and Gwacheon Mirinae Shared Schools are community-based educational platforms that provide diverse learning opportunities in partnership with local universities, research institutes, and community organizations. This year, 389 programs were operated in the Anyang and Gwacheon areas, with approximately 7,000 students participating. Councilman Lee Chae-myeong stated, "Community-linked education is a critical initiative that expands students' learning options. I will continue to collaborate with the Office of Education to ensure that Mirinae Shared School establishes itself as a model for future education tailored to the region."

Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi Provincial Council's Anyang Counseling Center serves as a forum for collecting public opinion and discussing local issues. Online reservations are available for in-person consultations.
