경기도 특별사법경찰단이 2026년 한 해 동안 먹거리 안전과 환경오염, 생활안전 등 도민 일상을 위협하는 불법행위에 대해 전방위 기획수사에 나선다.

경기도는 13일 2026년 수사계획을 공개하고, 수사의 최우선 목표를 ‘도민 안전과 일상생활을 위협하는 불법행위 근절’과 ‘특사경 수사에 대한 공감대 확산’으로 설정했다고 밝혔다.

이에 따라 도 특사경은 단순 단속 중심에서 벗어나 사전기획 단계부터 시군 및 유관기관과 협업을 강화하고, 현장 중심의 정밀 수사를 통해 신종 불법행위와 민원 다발 사업장을 집중 점검할 방침이다.

특히 유형별 중요 위법사항을 선별해 집중 단속하고, 단속에 앞서 홍보와 계도를 병행함으로써 불법행위 예방 효과를 높이는 한편 수사의 합리성과 수용성도 강화한다. 수사 결과와 주요 범죄 사례는 도민과 공유해 유사 범죄 재발을 막고 사회적 경각심을 높일 계획이다.
