안양시가 지난해 지방세와 세외수입 체납액 정리에서 목표를 초과 달성했다.

안양시는 2025년 한 해 동안 체납액 269억 1,400만 원을 정리해 연간 목표액 260억 5,700만 원 대비 103.3%를 달성했다고 30일 밝혔다.

이 가운데 보류액을 제외한 실제 징수액은 180억 원으로, 전년 징수액 144억 원보다 36억 원가량 늘었다. 증가율은 25%에 달한다.

시는 고액 체납자 징수에 집중했다. 고액 체납자 45명으로부터 42억 8,500만 원을 징수했다. 책임징수제를 통해서는 408명에게서 40억 300만 원을 거둬들였다. 제2금융권 예금압류를 통해서도 110명으로부터 1억5,900만 원을 징수했다.

현장 징수 활동도 병행됐다. 가택수색은 모두 45차례 진행됐다. 이 과정에서 현금 9,500만 원을 징수하고, 순금 골프공과 명품 팔찌·시계 등 고가 동산 83점을 압류했다. 부동산과 차량, 예금 등으로 확보한 채권 규모는 총 483억4,900만 원에 달한다.

체납 차량에 대한 단속도 강화하여 번호판 영치 예고를 카카오톡으로 5,412명에게 안내했고, 실제 번호판 영치를 통해 1,522대에서 9억3,700만 원을 징수했다.

올해 2월부터 7월까지 운영한 체납자 실태조사반을 통해서는 23억700만 원을 추가로 징수했다. 생계형 체납자 6건에 대해서는 복지 지원과 연계 조치를 진행했다.

안양시 관계자는 “고액·상습 체납자에 대해서는 강력한 징수 활동을 이어가겠다”며 “동시에 생계형 체납자에 대해서는 복지 지원을 병행해 공정한 납세 질서를 확립해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Anyang City exceeded its goal in settling local tax and non-tax revenue delinquents last year.

Anyang City announced on the 30th that it had settled KRW 26.914 billion in delinquent taxes in 2025, achieving 103.3% of its annual target of KRW 26.057 billion.

Of this, actual collection, excluding withheld amounts, amounted to KRW 18 billion, an increase of approximately KRW 3.6 billion from the previous year's KRW 14.4 billion. This represents a 25% increase.

The city focused on collecting high-value delinquent taxes. A total of KRW 4.285 billion was collected from 45 high-value delinquent taxpayers.
