안양과천교육지원청이 딱딱한 강의 중심의 청렴 교육에서 벗어나 문화예술을 접목한 이색적인 소통의 장을 마련했다.

안양과천교육지원청(교육장 이승희)은 2월 2일 오전 10시 30분, 청사 3층 대회의실 개관식을 열고 전 직원과 내빈이 함께하는 문화예술형 청렴 행사를 개최했다.

이번 행사는 단순한 시설 개관을 넘어, 새롭게 조성된 소통 공간에 조직의 핵심 가치인 ‘청렴’을 자연스럽게 녹여내자는 취지로 기획됐다. 기존의 주입식 강의 대신 샌드아트와 판소리 공연을 활용해 직원들이 감성적으로 청렴의 의미를 체감할 수 있도록 구성한 것이 특징이다.

행사는 개관 기념 테이프 커팅에 이어 모래 그림으로 청렴 메시지를 전달하는 샌드아트 공연과, 고전을 현대적 감각으로 재해석한 판소리 ‘청렴 신별주부전’ 순으로 진행됐다.

참석자들은 빛과 모래가 어우러진 샌드아트의 서사적 표현과, 익숙한 판소리에 청렴 메시지를 담아낸 공연에 큰 호응을 보였다. 한 참석자는 “청렴 교육이 자칫 지루해질 수 있는데, 예술과 결합하니 메시지가 훨씬 쉽고 오래 기억에 남는다”고 말했다.

또한 이번 행사는 대회의실 개관과 청렴 교육을 하나의 행사로 통합한 ‘원스톱 방식’으로 진행돼 행정 효율성을 높이는 동시에, 조직의 청렴 실천 의지를 효과적으로 공유하는 계기가 됐다는 평가를 받았다.

안양과천교육지원청 관계자는 “새로운 공간의 개관을 계기로 청렴이라는 가치를 함께 나누는 뜻깊은 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 구성원들이 자연스럽게 참여할 수 있는 다양한 청렴 시책을 통해 신뢰받는 교육행정을 구현해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
