김동연 경기도지사가 부동산 시장 교란 행위에 대해 대대적인 수사를 지시하며 강력 대응 방침을 밝혔다.

김 지사는 12일 “이재명 정부의 부동산 정책 기조를 비웃으며 조직적인 담합으로 시장을 교란하는 세력에 대해 지위 고하를 막론하고 엄중하고 대대적으로 대응하겠다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “공정한 부동산 거래 질서는 경기도가 반드시 지켜야 할 원칙”이라며 “집값 담합과 전세사기 등 서민의 삶을 위협하는 행위는 경기도에서는 절대 통하지 않는다는 것을 보여주도록 끝까지 추적해 일벌백계하라”고 도 ‘부동산 불법행위 수사 T/F’에 특별 지시했다.

김 지사는 특히 “다가오는 봄 이사철을 맞아 전세사기 등 주거 불안을 야기하는 범죄에 대해서도 수사 역량을 총동원해 도민의 주거 안정을 지켜내겠다”고 강조했다. 이날 오후에는 직접 ‘부동산 불법행위 수사 T/F’ 회의를 주재할 예정이다.

경기도는 지난해 12월 29일 비공개로 ‘부동산 불법행위 수사 T/F’를 발족해 운영해 왔다. 부동산 투기에 대한 강력 대응이 필요하다는 김 지사의 의지에 따른 조치다.

T/F는 도 토지정보과장을 수사총괄로 총 4개 팀, 16명 규모로 구성됐다. 기존 부동산특사경 수사 인력 2명에서 대폭 확대된 조직이다. 총괄지원팀과 부동산수사 1·2·3팀으로 나뉘어 전문 수사를 진행한다.

수사 방향은 크게 세 가지다. ▲부당한 재산상 이득을 목적으로 부동산 거래 또는 해제를 거짓 신고하는 행위 ▲온라인 카페·단체대화방 등을 활용한 아파트 가격 담합 ▲업·다운계약, 토지거래허가 회피, 분양권 전매 등 시세 교란 행위 등이다.

Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon has ordered a large-scale investigation into real estate market disruption and announced a strong response.

The Task Force consists of four teams and 16 members, led by the head of the provincial Land Information Division.
