군포시 수리동 지역사회보장협의체가 주민들의 작은 목소리에도 귀를 기울이는 ‘소원수리 우체통’ 사업을 통해 따뜻한 이웃사랑을 실천했다. 협의체는 지난 4월 30일, 저소득 취약계층 2가구에 각각의 사연에 맞는 맞춤형 생활지원 물품을 전달하며 이웃들에게 희망을 전했다.

‘소원수리 우체통’은 복지 사각지대에 놓인 주민들이 평소 생활하며 겪는 어려움과 간절한 바람을 사연으로 적어 보내면, 협의체의 심의를 거쳐 꼭 필요한 물품을 지원하는 수리동만의 특화 복지 사업이다. 단순한 일회성 물품 전달을 넘어 주민들의 실질적인 고민을 해결하는 데 중점을 두고 있다.
