의왕시가 민선 9기 공약사업인 ‘달빛어린이병원’ 지정을 마무리하고 본격적인 운영에 들어가면서 야간과 휴일 소아진료 공백 해소에 나섰다.

시는 내손동 소재 365키즈병원을 보건복지부 지정 ‘달빛어린이병원’으로 지정해 이달부터 운영을 시작했다고 밝혔다.

달빛어린이병원은 평일 야간과 주말·공휴일에도 소아청소년과 전문의가 외래진료를 제공하는 의료기관이다. 응급실 진료가 필요하지 않은 경증 소아환자가 가까운 곳에서 적시에 진료를 받을 수 있도록 지원하는 제도다.
