안양시가 행정안전부 주관 지방정부 적극행정 종합평가에서 대통령 표창을 받으며 전국 최고 수준의 적극행정 역량을 다시 한번 입증했다.

안양시는 6일 행정안전부가 실시한 ‘2025년 지방정부 적극행정 종합평가’에서 대통령 표창을 수상했다고 밝혔다. 올해 지방규제개혁 유공 정부포상 대통령 표창에 이어 또 한 번 대통령 표창을 수상하며 행정혁신 성과를 이어가게 됐다.

이번 평가에서 안양시는 광역·시·군·구 등 4개 평가군 가운데 상위 30%에만 주어지는 적극행정 우수기관에도 6년 연속 이름을 올렸다.

지방정부 적극행정 종합평가는 전국 243개 지방자치단체를 대상으로 전년도 적극행정 추진 실적을 종합적으로 평가하는 제도다. 적극행정 제도 개선 노력과 우수사례, 정책 성과, 주민 체감도 등 5개 분야 18개 지표를 심사해 우수기관을 선정한다.

안양시는 적극행정 문화 정착을 위해 우수공무원 선발과 인센티브 제도, 시민이 직접 참여하는 적극행정 투표, 적극행정 마일리지 운영 등 다양한 제도를 꾸준히 추진해 왔다.

특히 재건축·재개발 공동주택의 이전고시 전 행위허가(신고)를 한 번에 처리할 수 있도록 한 ‘원스톱 행정서비스’는 대표적인 우수사례로 꼽혔다. 시는 자체 허가기준을 마련하고 이메일 접수 기반의 원스톱 처리 시스템을 도입해 주민들의 행정 불편을 크게 줄였다는 평가를 받았다.
