군포시가 민선9기 출범 이후 첫 당정협의회를 열고 재정위기 대응과 신분당선 군포 연장 등 지역 주요 현안의 추진 방향을 논의했다.

시는 9월 29일 시청 중회의실에서 한대희 군포시장과 이학영 국회의원, 이우천 군포시의회 의장, 도·시의원 및 관계 공무원 등 26명이 참석한 가운데 ‘민선9기 제1차 당정협의회’를 개최했다.

이날 회의에서는 ▲재정위기 대응계획 ▲청렴도 평가 대응 ▲웨어러블 로봇 실증센터 ▲산본천 복원사업 ▲신분당선 군포 연장 ▲군포복합물류터미널 이전 ▲청년친화도시 지정 공모 등 7개 안건을 다뤘다.

참석자들은 재정 회복 로드맵 마련과 신분당선 연장 등 주요 사업의 원활한 추진을 위해 국회와 경기도 차원의 제도적·재정적 지원이 필요하다는 데 의견을 모았다.

이학영 의원은 국·도정과 연계해 지역 현안이 성과로 이어질 수 있도록 지원하겠다고 밝혔으며, 한대희 시장도 당정 간 지속적인 소통을 통해 현안 해결과 국·도비 확보에 협력하겠다고 말했다.

한편 군포시는 민선7기 당시 당정협의회를 구성해 17차례 운영했으며, 민선9기 출범과 함께 협력체계를 다시 구축했다.
