경기도의회가 사무처 직원들이 AI 바이브코딩을 활용해 직접 개발한 업무 지원 시스템 5종을 공개했다.

경기도의회는 30일 의회 대회의실에서 ‘AI 바이브코딩 워크숍 우수 성과공유회’를 열고 지난 5~6월 워크숍에서 개발한 우수 프로토타입을 소개했다.

공개된 시스템은 ▲조례안 자동검토 어시스턴트 ▲조례 생성·검토 AI 서비스 ▲행정사무감사 자료관리 시스템 ▲의장 표창 추천 관리시스템 ▲예산집행 관리시스템 등이다.

조례 관련 시스템은 현행 법령과 입안 기준을 대조해 조례안 검토와 초안 작성 등을 지원하며, 행정사무감사 자료관리 시스템은 상임위원회 감사자료와 지적사항, 회의록 등을 통합해 반복 지적사항과 처리 결과를 관리한다. 표창 추천 시스템은 신청 내용을 바탕으로 관련 서류를 자동 생성하고 검토 항목을 대조·검증한다.

예산집행 관리시스템은 e호조 예산·지출 데이터를 자동 수집해 사업별 집행률을 확인할 수 있도록 했다.

이날 특강에서는 오정식 네이버클라우드 이사가 공공부문 AI 활용을 주제로 강연하고, 시스템 보안과 개인정보 보호 및 명확한 운영 주체의 필요성을 강조했다.

진용복 경기도의회 사무처장은 “업무를 직접 수행하는 사람이 무엇이 불편하고 어떤 부분을 바꿔야 하는지 가장 정확하게 안다”며 AI 활용을 통한 업무혁신을 지원하겠다고 밝혔다.

경기도의회는 개발된 시스템의 사무처 실무 활용과 확산 방안을 검토할 계획이다.

The Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly has unveiled five work support systems developed in-house by its secretariat staff using AI "vibe coding."

On the 30th, the Assembly held a "Sharing Session for Outstanding Results from the AI ​​Vibe Coding Workshop" in its main conference room, showcasing the best prototypes created during workshops held in May and June.

The systems unveiled include: an automated ordinance review assistant; an AI service for ordinance drafting and review; an administrative audit data management system; a commendation recommendation management system; and a budget execution management system.

The ordinance-related systems support the review and drafting of ordinances by cross-referencing them with current laws and drafting standards. The administrative audit data management system integrates audit materials, points raised, and meeting minutes from standing committees to track recurring issues and their resolutions. The commendation recommendation system automatically generates relevant documents based on application details and verifies them against review criteria.

The budget execution management system automatically collects budget and expenditure data from the "e-Hojo" system, allowing users to monitor execution rates by project.

During a special lecture at the event, Oh Jeong-sik, a director at Naver Cloud, spoke on the use of AI in the public sector, emphasizing the importance of system security, personal data protection, and the need for clearly defined operational ownership.

Jin Yong-bok, Secretary General of the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly, stated, "The people who actually perform the work know best what is inconvenient and what needs to change," adding that he would support work innovation through the use of AI. The Assembly plans to review ways to implement and expand the use of these systems within the secretariat's daily operations.
