안양과천교육지원청(교육장 고아영)이 23학년도 하반기 AI 시대를 주도하는 안양과천 디지털기반 C.O.R.E. 미래교육을 펼친다고 밝혔다.

안양과천교육지원청은 안양과천의 AI 기반 디지털 교육으로의 전환을 위해 모든 기관(대학, 기업, 공공기관, 학교)들의 협력으로([C]ollaboration), 모든 학생들에게 맞춤형 기회를 제공하고([O]pportunity), 모든 학생들에게 책임있는 교육을 하여([R]esponsibility), 모든 학생과 교사가 수업에서 즐길수 있는([E]njoy) 안양과천형 디지털기반 미래교육을 구현할 예정이다.

안양과천 디지털기반 C.O.R.E. 미래교육은 ‘수업과 교육의 범위를 확장하는’ 디지털 교육 기반을 조성하고, ‘미래 디지털 시민으로 성장하는’ 디지털 창의교육을 내실화 하며, ‘함께 디지털 기반 교육혁신으로 나아가는’ 디지털 교육 환경에 대한 공감 및 나눔의 장을 마련하여 안양과천 미래인재 양성과 국가경쟁력 제고를 위해 교육체제를 적극적으로 변화시킬 예정이다.

특히 우리나라 학생들의 ‘디지털 기술과 도구를 이해하고 활용하는능력(디지털 리터러시)’이 OECD 주요국 중 최하위 수준인 것을 극복하기 위해 디지털 도구 등을 활용한 교육활동 및 수업의 변화뿐만 아니라 학생, 학부모, 교사를 대상으로도 디지털 시민성, 디지털 윤리의식, 컴퓨팅 사고력 등 창의융합적 사고를 학습할 수 있는 다양한 기회를 적극 마련할 계획이다.
