안양시 지역 문인들의 숙원인 '안양 지역문학관' 건립사업이 내년 1월 개관을 목표로 내달 본격 시작된다. 18일 안양시에 따르면 지역문학관은 만안구 병목안로 삼덕도서관 옥상에 1개 층(지상 5층)을 수직 증축하는 방식으로 조성된다.
