하은호 군포시장이 직원들의 다양한 생각과 의견을 공유할 수 있는 직원들과의 오찬 모임 ‘2024년 군포 소통도시樂(락)’을 통해 ‘소통 행정’의 리더십을 발휘하고 있다.

군포시는 지난 5월 20일 ‘2024년 군포 소통도시樂(락)’ 킥오프 회의를 개최했다.

이날 회의를 통해 하은호 시장이 직원들과 도시락을 먹으며 최근 관심사와 이슈에 관해 자유로운 대화를 나누며 공감대를 형성했다. 참석자들은 편안한 분위기에서 자유롭게 의견을 교류하는 등 격의 없는 대화를 진행했다.

다양한 직렬과 직급의 직원 13명으로 구성된 ‘소통도시樂(락)’은 앞으로 조직 내 소통 매체로서의 역할과 함께 군포시 행정에 대한 다양한 의견 제시와 새로운 정책 발굴은 물론 공직사회 변화에 발맞춰 조직문화 개선에 필요한 다양한 아이디어 발굴 등의 활동을 수행하게 된다.

하은호 시장은 월 1회 진행되는 이 모임에 함께 참여할 예정이며 자율주제를 정해 소그룹으로 진행, 연말에 결과를 전체 직원들과도 공유할 계획이다.
