더불어민주당 김민석 최고위원 겸 12.3 윤석열 내란사태 특별대책위원장이 12월 8일, 긴급 성명을 통해 “윤석열 내란이 한동훈-한덕수-검찰 합작 2차 내란으로 확산되고 있다. 국수본이 윤석열 등 관련자 전원을 즉각 체포하여 구속수사하고, 한덕수 총리 등 국무회의 내란가담자를 즉각 소환수사하고, 모든 관련기관은 대북전단 및 휴전선 총격조작 등 북풍공작에 의한 전시계엄시도 억지에 총력을 기울여야 한다”고 촉구했다.

3. 한덕수 총리는 국정운영의 중심이 될 수 없습니다.

첫째, 헌법상 불가능합니다.
