과천시장애인복지관이 ‘2024년 장애인활동지원 품질평가’ 전국 8위로, 최우수기관으로 선정됐다.

과천시장애인복지관은 △사업관리 △인력관리 △서비스 제공계획 수립 △서비스 품질관리 △만족도 조사 등 5개 지표 모든 항목에서 높은 점수를 받아 전국 상위 35개 기관에 선정되며 최우수 기관의 영예를 안았다.

보건복지부와 국민연금공단이 주관하는 ‘장애인활동지원 품질평가’는 전국 427개 장애인복지관, 사회복지관, 지역자활센터 등을 대상으로 2년마다 실시된다.

과천시장애인복지관은 2020년 우수기관, 2022년 성과향상기관으로 선정된 데 이어, 이번 최우수기관에 선정되며 성과를 이어가고 있다.

과천시장애인복지관은 특히 이용자의 욕구를 반영한 활동지원사 매칭, 맞춤형 서비스 제공, 부정수급 모니터링 강화를 통한 투명한 운영 등을 통해 서비스 품질을 꾸준히 높인 점에서 주목받았다.

이학준 관장은 “이번 평가 결과는 복지관뿐 아니라 이용자, 가족, 활동지원사, 과천시와 함께 이뤄낸 성과”라며 “앞으로도 지역 내 장애인의 자립과 사회참여 확대를 위해 더욱 힘쓰겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

Gwacheon City Welfare Center for the Disabled received high scores in all five indicators including △Business Management △Human Resource Management △Establishment of Service Provision Plan △Service Quality Management △Satisfaction Survey, and was selected as one of the top 35 institutions nationwide, earning the honor of the best institution.

The ‘Quality Evaluation of Support for the Disabled’s Activities’ hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the National Pension Service is conducted every two years targeting 427 welfare centers for the disabled, social welfare centers, and local self-reliance centers nationwide.
