경기도의회가 지난해 연말 12월 13일부터 28일까지 16일간 소외된 이웃을 대상으로 ‘사랑의 온기 나눔’을 실시했다.

경기도의회는 매년 연말 겨울철 한파로 어려움을 겪는 도내 취약계층에 필요 물품을 전달하는 ‘사랑의 온기 나눔’ 행사를 개최하고 있다.

올해는 경기도 군포시·여주시·파주시 등 3개 시에 거주하는 홀몸노인과 장애인, 수급자, 차상위 계층 등 취약계층 약 40가구에 전기장판과 이불 등 생필품을 지원했다.

지난 13일에는 김규창 부의장(국민의힘, 여주2)이 여주시 대신노인복지센터를, 17일에는 정윤경 부의장(더불어민주당, 군포1)이 군포시노인복지관을 각각 방문해 겨울나기 물품을 전달하며 시설 관계자들을 격려했다.
