안양시가 국토교통부가 실시한 ‘2024년 대한민국 건축행정평가’에서 일반 부문 최우수 기초지자체(장관상)로 선정됐다고 지난 1월 6일 밝혔다.

안양시는 건축 인허가 처리, 건축물 관리계획, 지자체 자체 노력 등을 통해 건축 행정을 건실하게 운영해 온 점에 대해 우수한 평가를 받았다.

안양시는 지난해 12월 30일 오전 시청 3층 접견실에서 전수식을 가졌다.

국토교통부(장관 박상우)는 전국 246개 지방지차단체(광역 17개, 기초 229개)를 대상으로 2024년 건축행정 평가를 실시(’24.6∼12)하고 그 결과를 지난해 12월 20일 보도자료를 통해 발표했다.

국토부는 건축행정을 내실있게 운영하기 위해 지난 ’99년부터 전국의 모든 지자체를 대상으로 건축행정평가를 시행하고 있다. 2024년도 평가는 일반부문(광역/기초)과 특별부문으로 구분해 진행했다.

일반부문은 △건축행정 절차 합리성 △건축안전 관리 △유지관리 적절성 △건축행정 개선노력 △가・감점 등 5개 분야의 지표를 평가한다.

먼저, 건축행정 절차의 합리성, 안전관리, 유지관리 적절성, 건축행정 개선노력 등 지자체 건축행정을 종합 평가한 일반부문에서는 경기도와 세종특별자치시를 각각 1위로 평가했다.

이번 평가에서는 평가의 효과성과 형평성을 위해 시와 도를 분리, 안양시 등 15개 시를 최우수 기초지자체로 선정, 각 1위에 장관상 수여했다.

최대호 안양시장은 “앞으로도 건축행정 서비스의 질 향상과 신뢰할 수 있는 건축 환경을 조성을 통해 시민들이 더욱 편안하고 안전한 생활을 하실 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Anyang City announced on January 6 that it was selected as the best basic local government (Minister’s Award) in the general category in the ‘2024 Korea Architectural Administration Evaluation’ conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Anyang City received an excellent evaluation for sound operation of architectural administration through processing of building permits, building management plans, and local government efforts.

Anyang City held a ceremony in the reception room on the 3rd floor of the city hall on the morning of December 30 last year.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Minister Park Sang-woo) conducted the 2024 Architectural Administration Evaluation (‘24.6-12) targeting 246 local governments (17 metropolitan and 229 basic) nationwide and announced the results through a press release on December 20 last year. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has been conducting an architectural administration evaluation for all local governments nationwide since 1999 in order to operate architectural administration in a substantial manner. In this evaluation, in order to ensure the effectiveness and fairness of the evaluation, cities and provinces were separated, and 15 cities, including Anyang City, were selected as the best basic local governments, and the Minister's Award was awarded to each 1st place.
