의왕시(시장 김성제)가 지난 1월 23일 청계동주민센터에서 중청계지구 지적재조사사업 추진을 위한 주민설명회를 개최했다.

이번 중청계지구 지적재조사사업은 청계동 316번지 일원 424필지 272,282㎡를 대상으로 국비 1억 원을 지원받아 추진되며, 2026년까지 완료할 계획이다.

‘지적재조사사업’은 지적공부의 등록 사항을 바로잡고 종이에 구현된 지적을 디지털 지적으로 전환해 국토를 효율적으로 관리하고 시민의 재산권을 보호하기 위해 시행하는 국가사업.

토지소유자와 이해관계인 등 주민 30여 명이 참석한 이날 주민설명회에서는 지적재조사사업의 필요성, 추진 절차, 기대효과 등에 대한 설명과 함께 주민 의견 청취와 질의, 응답이 진행련됐다.

의왕시는 2013년 이동 창말지구를 시작으로 지금까지 8개 지구의 사업을 성공적으로 완료했으며, 현재 청계동 중청계지구 등 2개 지구에 대한 지적재조사사업을 추진 중이다.

신성호 민원지적과장은 “지적재조사사업으로 토지 경계 분쟁과 재산권 행사 불편이 해소돼 토지이용 가치가 상승하고, 시민의 재산권을 보호에도 기여할 것으로 기대한다”며, “사업이 성공적으로 추진될 수 있도록 토지소유자 및 주민들의 적극적인 관심과 협조를 부탁드린다”고 말했다.

This Jungcheonggye District Land Survey Project is being promoted with a national budget of KRW 100 million for 424 parcels (272,282㎡) in the area of ​​​​316 Cheonggye-dong, and is scheduled to be completed by 2026.
