한국예술문화단체총연합회 안양지회(약칭 안양예총)가 제3회 아트콘서트 ‘이영섭 작가의 사진 이야기’를 오는 3월 13일(목) 오후 2시 안양예술인센터 3층 다목적실에서 개최한다.

이번 아트콘서트의 주인공인 이영섭 작가는 안양사진작가협회에서 30여 년 이상 활발하게 활동하고 있는 안양지역 대표 사진작가로 안양에서 태어나 학창시절과 성장기 대부분을 안양에서 보낸 진짜배기 안양 토박이. 이 작가는 이번 아트콘서트에서 처음 사진에 입문하게 된 동기와 작가로서 입지를 다지며 오늘에 이르는 삶의 여정을 생생하게 시민들에게 전달할 예정이다.

이 작가는 자신의 사진작품 세계를 도시단면, 형상, 추상의 시각, 선이 그린 형상, 얼음 표면에 생긴 나무 형상 등 총 다섯 가지 분야로 나누어 강의할 예정이다.

안양예총 아트콘서트는 2024년부터 다양한 예술분야에서 활동하고 있는 지역 작가를 선정해 작가의 삶과 작품세계를 콘서트 형식을 빌려 평소 쉽게 접할 수 없었던 작가의 삶에 대한 진솔한 이야기와 작가가 직접 자신의 작품세계를 시민들에게 전해 좋은 반응을 얻고 있다.

Anyang Art Concert, ‘Photo Story of Artist Lee Young-seop’ to be Held

The Anyang Branch of the Korean Arts and Culture Federation (abbreviated as Anyang Art Concert) will be holding the 3rd Art Concert, ‘Photo Story of Artist Lee Young-seop’ on March 13 (Thursday) at 2 PM in the multipurpose room on the 3rd floor of the Anyang Arts Center.

The main character of this art concert, artist Lee Young-seop, is a representative photographer of the Anyang region who has been actively working in the Anyang Photographers Association for over 30 years. He was born in Anyang and spent most of his school days and growing up in Anyang. At this art concert, the artist plans to vividly convey to citizens the reason why he first entered photography and his life journey to today while establishing his position as an artist.

The artist plans to lecture on the world of his photography works by dividing them into five categories: city cross-sections, shapes, abstract perspectives, shapes drawn by lines, and tree shapes on ice surfaces.

Anyang Art Concert, which will begin in 2024, will select local artists active in various artistic fields and, through the concert format, will present honest stories about the artists' lives and their works that are not easily accessible in the ordinary times, and will receive positive responses as the artists themselves share their works with the citizens.
