경기도와 경기도마을공동체지원센터가 지난 3월 26일 경기도마을공동체지원센터 교육장에서 ‘아동돌봄 기회소득 현장 모니터링단’ 단원을 위촉하고, 발대식을 개최했다.

‘아동돌봄 기회소득’은 아동돌봄 사각지대 해소를 위한 돌봄공동체의 사회적 가치 창출 활동을 지원하는 사업으로, 지난해 7월 처음 시행됐다.

경기도 ‘아동돌봄 기회소득 현장 모니터링단’은 돌봄 공동체 활동 경험 등을 보유한 경력자 12명으로 구성돼 오는 4월부터 아동돌봄 기회소득 참여 공동체 약 120곳을 대상으로 상·하반기 점검에 나설 계획이다. 모니터링은 권역별 공동체 현장에 직접 방문해 돌봄현장을 점검하고, 사례수집 및 건의사항을 청취하는 방식으로 진행된다.

이날 행사는 경기도 공동체지원과와 경기도마을공동체지원센터 관계자, 모니터링단 등 20여 명이 참석한 가운데, 모니터링 활동에 대한 교육과 향후 활동 계획 관련 간담회가 진행됐다.

고병수 경기도 공동체지원과장은 “아동돌봄 기회소득 사업의 성공적인 운영을 위해 모니터링단의 역할이 매우 중요하다”며, “아동돌봄 기회소득 사업을 통해 돌봄 공백을 해소할 수 있도록 현장의 목소리를 반영하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

경기도는 마을공동체 돌봄문화 확산을 위해 올 3월부터 돌봄공동체 당 최대 지원 인원을 5인에서 7인으로 늘리고, 돌봄 활동 시간 기준을 신설하는 등 지원 내용을 확대했다. 현재 도내 활동 중인 돌봄공동체는 총 120곳이다.

On March 26, Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Village Community Support Center held an inauguration ceremony for the ‘Childcare Opportunity Income Field Monitoring Group’ at the Gyeonggi Village Community Support Center Education Center.

‘Childcare Opportunity Income’ is a project that supports social value creation activities of care communities to eliminate blind spots in childcare, and was first implemented in July of last year.

The Gyeonggi Province ‘Childcare Opportunity Income Field Monitoring Group’ consists of 12 experienced individuals with experience in care community activities, and plans to conduct first and second half inspections of approximately 120 childcare opportunity income participating communities starting in April.
