안양과천교육지원청(교육장 이승희)이 지난 3월 28일 안양종합운동장에서 학교체육 활성화를 통해 평생체육 기반을 마련하고, 학생들의 건강한 성장을 지원하기 위해 ‘2025 안양과천 교육장배 육상대회’를 개최했다.

초등학교 3학년부터 중학교 3학년까지 700명이 이번 대회에 참가해 단거리(80m, 100m)와 중거리(400m, 800m), 높이뛰기와 멀리뛰기 등 다양한 육상경기를 통해 모두가 함께 승패를 떠나 봄 햇살을 만끽하며 즐겼다.

안양과천교육지원청은 학교-지역사회 간의 교육 협력을 위해 안양과천 미리내공유학교와 안양시 미래교육협력지구 홍보 부스를 함께 운영, 홍보지와 기념품을 제공했다.

대회에 참가한 학생들은 자신의 기량을 마음껏 펼치고, 관중들도 모든 학생들을 격려하며 환호를 보냈다.

이번 대회는 육상 꿈나무 발굴의 기회를 제공, 입상자들에게 ‘2025 경기도교육감기 육상대회’에 지역 대표로 참가할 수 있는 자격을 부여했다.

이승희 교육장은 “이번 대회를 통해 참가 학생 모두에게 행복한 추억과 건강한 성장의 밑거름이 될 수 있는 지역 축제가 되길 바란다”며, “학생들과 함께 뛰는 꿈과 미래를 위해 더욱 현장의 목소리를 듣고 맞춤형으로 지원할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

On March 28, Anyang-Gwacheon Office of Education (Superintendent Lee Seung-hee) held the ‘2025 Anyang-Gwacheon Superintendent of Education Cup Athletics Competition’ at Anyang Sports Complex to establish a foundation for lifelong sports through the revitalization of school sports and to support the healthy growth of students.

700 students from 3rd grade of elementary school to 3rd grade of middle school participated in this competition and enjoyed the spring sunshine together regardless of victory or defeat through various track and field events such as short distances (80m, 100m), middle distances (400m, 800m), high jump, and long jump.

To promote educational cooperation between schools and local communities, Anyang-Gwacheon Office of Education operated a promotional booth with Anyang-Gwacheon Mirinae Shared School and Anyang City Future Education Cooperation District, providing promotional materials and souvenirs.
