과천시가 ‘2025 과천재즈피크닉’을 5월 2일부터 3일까지 이틀간 과천시민광장(과천시민회관 옆 잔디마당)에서 개최한다.

‘2025 과천재즈피크닉’은 올해 ‘재즈 피는 봄이 오면’을 주제로, 계절의 싱그러움과 재즈 특유의 낭만이 어우러진 무대를 선보일 예정. 깊이 있는 사운드부터 흥겨운 그루브까지 다양한 스타일의 재즈를 만날 수 있는 풍성한 라인업이 준비됐다.

이번 페스티벌은 공연뿐만 아니라 자유롭게 춤출 수 있는 댄스존, 아티스트 미니 사인회 등 관객이 직접 참여할 수 있는 프로그램이 마련돼 더욱 다채로운 축제 분위기를 연출할 예정이다.

과천재즈피크닉은 도심 속에서 피크닉을 즐기며 국내외 재즈 아티스트들의 무대를 자유롭게 감상할 수 있는 축제로 지난해 2만5,000명이 방문하며 성공적인 출발을 알렸다.

5월 2일 첫날에는 재즈의 낭만을 표현하는 ‘임채희 콰르텟’이 포문을 열고, 스탠다드 재즈의 정수를 들려줄 ‘김주환과 시나트라 트리뷰트 빅밴드’, 할렘 재즈의 정취를 담은 ‘오성택 콰르텟&김혜미’, 그리고 한국대중음악상 최우수 랩&힙합 앨범을 수상한 ‘넉살&까데호’가 무대를 장식한다.
