경기도의회(의장 김진경)가 지난 5월 15,16일 이틀간 화성 라비돌리조트에서 ‘지역상담소 활성화를 위한 소통 DAY’를 개최했다. 이번 행사는 경기도내 31개 시·군에 설치된 지역상담소의 직원들을 대상으로 조직 내 소통을 강화하고 건강한 직장 문화를 조성하기 위해 개최됐다.

경기도의회는 그동안 지역상담소가 지역 민원 소통의 거점으로서 제 역할을 다할 수 있도록 인적·조직적 기반을 다져왔다. 이번 ‘지역상담소 활성화를 위한 소통 DAY’는 구성원 간 유대감을 높이고 업무 효율성을 증진하기 위한 실질적인 프로그램으로 구성됐다.

참석자들은 행사 첫날 ‘AI를 활용한 보도자료 작성 및 스마트폰 사진 촬영 기법’, ‘노후에 꼭 필요한 재무 상식’ 강의를 들었다.

둘째 날에는 ‘MBTI 성격유형을 통한 나와 타인에 대한 이해와 소통’ 프로그램을 통해 소통의 중요성을 되새기고, ‘힐링 티 테라피’를 통해 차(茶)에 대한 이해와 함께 심신을 치유하는 시간을 가졌다.

경기도의회 임채호 사무처장은 “이번 소통의 시간이 직원 간의 이해와 조직력 강화에 도움이 되고 직장생활 속 스트레스 해소에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤기를 기대한다”며, “앞으로도 사무직원들이 자유롭게 소통하고 협업할 수 있는 자리를 정기적으로 마련해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

올해로 설립 10주년을 맞이한 경기도의회 지역상담소는 지난 10년간 도민과의 소통창구 역할을 성실히 수행해 왔다. 앞으로도 도민에게 더욱 가까이 다가가는 열린 의정 실현을 위해 지속적인 혁신과 노력을 이어갈 계획이다.

Strengthening communication within the organization… Creating a healthy workplace culture

Gyeonggi Provincial Council (Chairman Kim Jin-kyung) held ‘Communication DAY for Activating Local Counseling Centers’ at Hwaseong Ravidol Resort for two days on May 15 and 16. This event was held for employees of local counseling centers installed in 31 cities and counties in Gyeonggi Province to strengthen communication within the organization and create a healthy workplace culture.

Gyeonggi Provincial Council has been building a human and organizational foundation so that local counseling centers can fulfill their role as a hub for communication of local complaints. This ‘Communication DAY for Activating Local Counseling Centers’ consisted of practical programs to increase solidarity among members and improve work efficiency.

On the first day of the event, attendees listened to lectures on ‘Writing press releases using AI and smartphone photography techniques’ and ‘Financial common sense essential for retirement.’ On the second day, we reflected on the importance of communication through the program ‘Understanding and communicating with myself and others through MBTI personality types’ and had time to heal the mind and body while understanding tea through ‘Healing Tea Therapy’.

Gyeonggi Provincial Council Office Manager Lim Chae-ho said, “I hope this time of communication helped strengthen understanding and organizational skills among employees and had a positive effect on relieving stress in the workplace,” and added, “We will continue to regularly provide opportunities for office workers to freely communicate and collaborate.”

Gyeonggi Provincial Council’s Regional Counseling Center, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, has faithfully fulfilled its role as a communication channel with residents for the past 10 years.
