경기도가 지난해 6월 4일 도여성가족재단 내에 설치한 경기도아이돌봄광역지원센터가 출범 1주년을 맞았다. 센터는 ‘경기도 아이돌봄서비스 행복 플랫폼’을 미션으로 삼아 1년 간 1만8,200여 명의 도내 아동에게 돌봄서비스를 제공하며 경기도 돌봄 안전망을 구축했다.

아이돌봄지원사업은 가정 양육공백에 따른 돌봄 수요에 대응하고 보육 사각지대를 보완하기 위한 여성가족부 주요 사업.

경기도 아이돌봄서비스는 시간제 및 영아종일제, 질병감염아동지원, 기관연계 등 다양한 서비스를 제공해 왔다. 올해 4월말 기준 도내 1만146개 가정에서 1만8,214명의 아동이 총 366만4,550건(월평균 22만9,000건)의 서비스를 이용했으며, 5,698명의 아이돌보미가 활동하고 있다.

경기도아이돌봄광역지원센터는 경기도내 31개 시군 아이돌봄서비스를 제공하는 32개 기관을 총괄한다. 지난 1년간 기관별 서비스의 내실을 다지기 위해 기관 상시점검 및 종사자 실무역량 교육·심리정서지원·노무자문 등 전방위적인 지원사업을 수행했다. 서비스 접근성을 높이기 위한 다각적인 홍보사업도 추진하고 있다.

경기도아이돌봄광역지원센터는 서비스 제공기관 외에도 아이돌보미를 양성하는 교육기관과의 교류협력과 점검을 통해 아이돌보미 운영의 질을 높여왔다.

경기도아이돌봄광역지원센터는 지난 1년간 1만9,455회의 전화·모바일·현장 점검을 추진, 아동학대나 부정수급을 예방하는 등 돌봄서비스 내실화에 기여하고 서비스 제공기관 종사자의 업무 효율을 위해 3종의 수당지급 자동서식 프로그램을 개발‧보급하는 등 현장의 고충을 해소하기 위해 지속적으로 노력하고 있다.

경기도여성가족재단 김혜순 대표이사는 “앞으로도 아이돌봄광역지원센터를 통해 현장 중심의 촘촘한 돌봄 안전망을 구축하고 부모와 아이 모두가 행복한 경기도를 만드는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Gyeonggi-do Childcare Wide Area Support Center, which was established within the Gyeonggi Women and Family Foundation on June 4th of last year, celebrated its 1st anniversary. With the mission of ‘Gyeonggi-do Childcare Service Happiness Platform’, the center provided care services to 18,200 children in the province for one year and established a care safety net for Gyeonggi-do.

The Childcare Support Project is a major project of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family to respond to the demand for care due to the gap in family childcare and to supplement blind spots in childcare.

Gyeonggi-do Childcare Service has been providing various services such as part-time and full-day infant care, support for children with diseases, and agency linkage. As of the end of April this year, 18,214 children from 11,466 households in the province used a total of 3,664,550 services (monthly average of 229,000), and 5,698 child care workers are active.

The Gyeonggi-do Child Care Regional Support Center oversees 32 institutions providing child care services in 31 cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do. Over the past year, in order to strengthen the quality of services provided by each institution, it has carried out comprehensive support projects such as regular inspections of institutions, practical capacity training for employees, psychological and emotional support, and labor consulting. Gyeonggi-do Childcare Regional Support Center has been continuously working to resolve grievances in the field by promoting 19,455 phone, mobile, and on-site inspections over the past year, contributing to the improvement of care services such as preventing child abuse or fraudulent receipt, and developing and distributing three types of automatic payment form programs for service providers to improve work efficiency.
