안양시가 송현아 안양시립합창단 신임 부지휘자를 신규 위촉했다.

안양시는 최대호 안양시장과 이충한 안양시립합창단 지휘자 등이 참석한 가운데 지난 6월 2일 오전 시청 접견실에서 신임 부지휘자 위촉식을 가졌다.

안양시는 지난 1월과 4월 두 차례에 걸쳐 안양시립합창단 부지휘자 공개모집을 진행, 치열한 심사를 거쳐 송현아 부지휘자를 최종 선발했다.

송현아 부지휘자는 상명대학교 성악과, 한국예술종합학교 합창지휘과, 에스토니아 국립음악대학교 합창지휘과를 졸업하고, 에스토니아 국립음악대학교 지휘과 강사 및 법무부 소속 교도소의 수형자 합창단 지휘자를 역임했다.

안양시립합창단은 1987년 창단해 오랜 시간 시민들에게 사랑받아왔다. 현재 이충한 지휘자, 이준영 단무장과 올해 위촉된 신규단원 등을 포함해 총 55명이 지난 1월 ‘2025년 신년음악회’와 3월 ‘제136회 정기연주회’를 개최하고, 5월 오페라 ‘사랑의 묘약’ 등 다채로운 합창을 선보이며 시민들에게 큰 감동을 줬다.

최대호 안양시장은 “지휘자 및 단원들과 적극적으로 소통하고 화합해 품격 있고 한층 더 수준 있는 합창단을 이끌어주길 바란다”고 말했다.
