군포시청소년재단(대표이사 김덕희) 산하 군포시학교밖청소년지원센터(센터장 강연미)가 지난 6월 4일 오후 경기도의회 지하 1층 대회의실에서 열린 ‘경기도학교밖청소년지원센터 10주년 기념행사’에서 기관 부문 ‘경기도지사상’을 수상했다. 센터에서 활동하고 있는 서혜림 검정고시(국어) 멘토는 ‘경기도의회의장 표창’을 수상했다.

이번 행사는 경기도학교밖청소년지원센터 설립 10주년을 맞아 ‘경기도 학교 밖 청소년과 함께한 10년’을 주제로 개최돼 학교 밖 청소년 정책의 성과와 방향을 재조명했다.

이날 경기도꿈드림 청소년단이 주관한 인식 개선 캠페인이 사전 행사로 진행되고, 경기도 학교 밖 청소년 자립작업장 활동 부스도 운영돼 청소년 자립 활동에 대한 긍정적 인식을 확산시켰다.

행사는 1부 기념식, 2부 정책포럼 순으로 진행됐다.

1부 기념식에서는 지난 10년간 학교 밖 청소년을 위해 헌신한 유공자들에 대한 시상식이 열렸다.

이어진 2부 정책포럼에서는 경기도꿈드림 센터장과 학교 밖 청소년 대표, 분야별 전문가들이 한자리에 모여 다양한 지원 방안과 앞으로의 방향성을 놓고 심도 깊은 논의를 가졌다.

군포시청소년재단 김덕희 대표이사는 “기관의 이름으로 매우 뜻깊은 상을 받게 된 것을 진심으로 축하하며, 이번 수상은 직원들의 묵묵한 헌신과 진정성 있는 노력의 결과”라고 소감을 밝혔다.

Gunpo City Out-of-School Youth Support Center, Gyeonggi-do Governor’s Award and Assembly Speaker’s Commendation

Gunpo City Out-of-School Youth Support Center (Director Kang Yeon-mi), an affiliate of Gunpo City Youth Foundation (CEO Kim Deok-hee), won the ‘Gyeonggi-do Governor’s Award’ in the institutional category at the ‘Gyeonggi-do Out-of-School Youth Support Center 10th Anniversary Commemoration Event’ held in the conference room on the first basement floor of Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly on June 4. Seo Hye-rim, a mentor for the high school qualification exam (Korean language) who works at the center, won the ‘Gyeonggi-do Assembly Speaker’s Commendation.’

This event was held to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Gyeonggi-do Out-of-School Youth Support Center and was held under the theme of ‘10 Years with Out-of-School Youth in Gyeonggi-do’, reexamining the achievements and direction of out-of-school youth policies.

On this day, the Gyeonggi-do Dream Dream Youth Group’s awareness improvement campaign was held as a pre-event, and the Gyeonggi-do Out-of-School Youth Self-Reliance Workshop activity booth was also operated to spread positive awareness of youth self-reliance activities. The event was held in two parts: the first part, the commemorative ceremony, and the second part, the policy forum.
