안양과천교육지원청(교육장 이승희)이 지난 6월 7일, 안양미리내공유학교 참여 학생 학부모를 20여 명을 대상으로 체험 프로그램을 진행했다.

이번 체험 프로그램은 연성대에서 운영하는 안양미리내공유학교의 뷰티 수업 중 일부를 학부모가 직접 체험하는 방식으로, 6월 7일에 이어 14일에도 진행될 예정이다.

이번 프로그램은 자녀가 수업에 참여하는 시간에 맞춰 학부모가 동시에 프로그램을 체험할 수 있도록 기획돼 학부모들이 자녀가 활동하는 현장을 직접 경험하며, 경기공유학교에 대한 이해와 자녀 교육에 대한 공감대를 형성하는 소중한 시간을 가졌다.

프로그램에 참여한 한 학부모는 “자녀가 어떤 교육을 받고 있는지 직접 체험해 볼 수 있어 매우 뜻깊었다”며, “공유학교가 단순한 체험을 넘어 학생맞춤교육을 위한 경기미래교육의 방향성을 담고 있음을 알게 됐다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

이승희 교육장은 “학부모가 교육의 동반자로서 함께할 때 공유학교의 가치는 한층 더 커진다”며, “앞으로도 학부모와 활발히 소통하며 함께 성장하는 안양미리내공유학교를 구현해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

자녀가 참여하는 수업에 대한 생생한 경험을 통해 경기공유학교에 대한 이해를 높이는 기회가 될 것으로 기대된다.

안양과천교육지원청은 이번 체험을 계기로 학부모들의 공감과 지지를 바탕으로, 학생 중심의 지속 가능한 학생 중심의 지속 가능한 안양미리내공유학교 운영을 더욱 활성화하고, 앞으로도 공유학교에 대한 이해 확산을 위해 학부모 프로그램을 계속 운영할 계획이다.

Anyang Gwacheon Office of Education, ‘Anyang Mirinae Shared School Parent Experience Program’ in progress

Direct experience of children’s activities… Forming understanding of Gyeonggi Shared School and consensus on children’s education

On June 7, Anyang Gwacheon Office of Education (Superintendent Lee Seung-hee) conducted an experience program for approximately 20 parents of students participating in Anyang Mirinae Shared School.

This experience program is a method in which parents directly experience some of the beauty classes of Anyang Mirinae Shared School operated by Yeonsung University, and is scheduled to be held on the 14th following June 7.

This program was designed so that parents can experience the program at the same time as their children’s class participation, allowing parents to directly experience the activities of their children and have a valuable time forming an understanding of Gyeonggi Shared School and consensus on children’s education. A parent who participated in the program said, “It was very meaningful to be able to experience firsthand what kind of education my child is receiving,” and “I learned that the shared school goes beyond a simple experience and contains the direction of Gyeonggi Future Education for customized education for students.”

Superintendent Lee Seung-hee said, “The value of the shared school increases even more when parents participate as partners in education,” and added, “We will continue to actively communicate with parents and implement Anyang Mirinae Shared School that grows together.”

It is expected to be an opportunity to increase understanding of Gyeonggi Shared School through vivid experiences of classes in which children participate.

Anyang-Gwacheon Office of Education plans to use this experience as an opportunity to further activate the operation of Anyang Mirinae Shared School, which is student-centered and sustainable, based on the sympathy and support of parents, and to continue to operate parent programs in the future to spread understanding of shared schools.
