안양시청소년재단(이사장 최대호) 산하 동안청소년수련관(관장 이주)과 만안청소년문화의집(소장 김유식)이 지난 11월 8일 동안청소년수련관과 안양종합운동장 실내빙상장에서 ‘2025 안양·수원 청소년운영위원회 연합 교류활동’을 개최했다.

이번 교류에는 안양 지역의 동안청소년수련관, 만안청소년문화의집과 수원 지역의 영통청소년청년센터, 광교청소년청년센터 등 4개 기관에서 청소년운영위원 24명이 참여했다.

참가자들은 시설 라운딩, 활동 성과 발표, 주제별 모둠토의, 빙상장 체험 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 각 기관의 우수사례를 공유하고, 청소년운영위원으로서의 역량과 주도성을 높이는 시간을 가졌다.

한 참가자는 “다른 지역 위원들과의 교류를 통해 새로운 아이디어를 얻고, 실행 방식을 배울 수 있었다”고 소감을 전했다. 관계자들은 “청소년들이 지역의 경계를 넘어 협력하며 성장하는 모습을 통해 큰 가능성을 확인했다”고 말했다.

The Anyang Youth Foundation (Chairman Choi Dae-ho) and the Manan Youth Culture Center (Director Kim Yu-sik), both affiliated with the Anyang Youth Foundation (Director Choi), held the "2025 Anyang-Suwon Youth Steering Committee Joint Exchange Activity" at the Dongan Youth Center and the Anyang Sports Complex Indoor Ice Rink on November 8th.

This exchange brought together 24 youth steering committee members from four organizations: the Dongan Youth Training Center and Manan Youth Culture Center in Anyang, and the Yeongtong Youth Center and Gwanggyo Youth Center in Suwon.

Through various programs such as facility rounds, activity presentations, topic-based group discussions, and ice rink experiences, participants shared best practices from each organization and developed their capabilities and leadership as youth steering committee members. One participant said, "Through interaction with other regional committee members, I was able to gain new ideas and learn how to implement them." Officials said, "We saw great potential in seeing young people collaborate and grow across regional boundaries."
