안양호암초등학교(교장 안희정)가 지난 11월 11일 등굣길에서 ‘친구야! 네가 있어 행복해’를 주제로 인성교육 캠페인을 진행했다. 이번 행사는 친구를 존중하고 함께하는 문화를 확산해 학교폭력을 예방하자는 취지로 마련됐다.

이날 교문 앞에는 붉은 레드카펫이 깔리고, 학부모회가 응원 문구가 적힌 피켓과 풍선, 간식, 지우개 등을 들고 학생들을 맞이했다. 아이들은 레드카펫을 걸으며 “고마워”, “좋은 하루 보내자” 같은 인사를 주고받으며 서로의 존재를 소중히 여겼다.

강현경 학부모회장은 “서로를 배려하며 웃을 수 있는 학교가 되길 바란다”고 전했다.
