과천시가 오는 11월 25일 디테크타워(갈현동) B동 중앙홀에서 ‘2025 과천시 일자리&생애설계 박람회’를 개최한다.

과천시 일자리센터와 50플러스센터 주관으로 구직자와 구인기업을 연결하고 중·장년층의 생애설계 지원을 강화하기 위해 열리는 이번 행사에서는 15개 기업의 현장 면접부터 50+ 직무 컨설팅, 재무설계, 퍼스널컬러 진단 등 다양한 생애설계 프로그램이 제공된다.

이번 박람회 현장에서는 대한켐텍(주), 세종디엑스(주), ㈜오씨메이커스 등 총15개 참여기업이 채용 면접을 실시하고, 과천시립요양원이 중장년 채용상담부스를 운영한다. 아울러, 청년면접수당 확인서 발급과 국민취업지원제도·내일배움카드 상담 등의 다양한 취업지원 서비스가 제공된다.

특히, 생애설계관에서는 ‘50+ 커뮤니티 동아리’가 △실버인지놀이지도사, △실버공예 심리지도사, △타로상담사, △디지털문해교육사 직무 설명 및 체험 부스를 운영하며, 시민들이 실제 직무를 경험해볼 수 있도록 한다.

이밖에도 △노후준비 종합진단(국민연금공단), △퍼스널컬러 진단, △이력서 사진 촬영, △‘행복한 내일(My Job) 카페’ 등 총 26개 부스가 마련된다.

과천시는 이번 박람회가 지역 기업의 구인난 해소와 시민들의 고용 기회 확대에 실질적으로 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.

Gwacheon City will host the '2025 Gwacheon City Job & Life Planning Fair' on November 25th in the central hall of Building B of the D-Tech Tower (Galhyeon-dong).

Hosted by the Gwacheon City Job Center and the 50 Plus Center, this event connects job seekers with companies hiring and strengthens life planning support for middle-aged and older adults. The event will offer a variety of life planning programs, from on-site interviews at 15 companies to 50+ career consulting, financial planning, and personal color assessments.

At the fair, 15 participating companies, including Daehan Chemtech Co., Ltd., Sejong DX Co., Ltd., and OCMakers Co., Ltd., will conduct recruitment interviews, and the Gwacheon City Nursing Home will operate a job consultation booth for middle-aged and older adults. Additionally, various employment support services will be provided, including the issuance of Youth Interview Allowance certificates and consultations on the National Employment Support System and Tomorrow Learning Card.
