경기도교육청이 교육공무직원 노동조합 총파업으로 인한 돌봄과 급식 중단 등 학교 현장의 혼란을 방지하기 위한 대응에 나선다.

3일 경기도교육청에 따르면 도교육청은 전국학교비정규직연대회의(학비연대)와 집단 임금 교섭 결렬에 따라 총파업이 예고된 후 적극적이고 체계적인 대응을 위해 직종별 관련 부서의 의견을 수렴해 파업 대응 지침을 수립했다.

지난달 26일 본청 및 교육지원청 담당자를 대상으로 교육을 실시하고 지난달 27일에는 모든 학교를 대상으로 지침을 안내했다.

교육과 지침에는 학교 업무 공백과 학사 운영 차질을 최소화하기 위한 단계·직종별 대책, 부당노동행위 예방을 위한 노동관계법 준수에 관한 내용 등이 담겼다.

특히 학교급식과 초등돌봄, 유치원 방과후, 특수교육 등 학생들에게 직접적인 영향이 큰 분야에 대해 집중적으로 대응 방안을 마련했다.

학교급식은 파업 참여율 50% 미만의 경우 기존 조리 인력을 활용해 식단을 변경하거나 간소화하고 50% 이상의 경우 빵·우유 등 대체식을 제공하고 학교 여건을 고려해 탄력적으로 운영하도록 했다.

또 돌봄과 특수교육, 유아교육은 자체 인력을 활용하거나 파업 미참여 인원으로 통합 운영하는 등 파업으로 인한 학생과 학부모의 피해를 최소화한다.

이재구 경기도교육청 노사협력과장은 “파업 상황이 종료될 때까지 파업 대응 상황실을 운영하고 실시간으로 점검할 것”이라며 “특히 학생의 안전 및 학습권에 큰 영향을 미치는 학교급식, 돌봄, 특수교육 분야에 집중적으로 대응하겠다”고 말했다.
