경기도교육청은 12일부터 2월 13일까지 포천자기주도학습센터와 연계한 ‘경기온라인학교 제4차 실시간 화상 강좌’를 온·오프라인 블렌디드 방식으로 시범 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 시범 운영은 경기온라인학교와 지역 자기주도학습센터 간 공공 협력 모델을 실증하는 사례로, 온라인 실시간 수업과 지역 학습공간을 결합한 자기주도학습 모델 구현에 초점을 맞췄다.

포천자기주도학습센터 학습공간에서 학생들은 경기온라인학교 실시간 화상 강좌에 참여해 전문 강사의 체계적인 수업과 질의응답, 피드백 중심의 학습을 받게 된다. 온라인 수업과 현장 학습 지원을 결합한 블렌디드 환경을 통해 학습 몰입도와 지속성을 높인다는 계획이다.

시범 운영 강좌는 초등학교 5학년 수학 2개, 중학교 3학년 수학 1개로 구성됐다. 이를 통해 학습 결손 예방과 자기주도학습 역량 강화를 동시에 지원하고, 교육 인프라가 상대적으로 부족한 지역 학생들에게 공정한 학습 기회를 제공할 방침이다.

도교육청 관계자는 “이번 시범 운영을 계기로 시·공간 제약으로 인한 학습 소외를 줄이고, 사교육 의존을 낮추는 공공 협력형 학습 모델을 도내 전 지역으로 확산해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education: "Join the Gyeonggi Online School Video Lectures~"

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education announced that it will pilot the "Gyeonggi Online School 4th Real-Time Video Lectures" in a blended online and offline format from February 12th to February 13th, in conjunction with the Pocheon Self-Directed Learning Center.

This pilot program demonstrates a public-private partnership between the Gyeonggi Online School and local self-directed learning centers, focusing on implementing a self-directed learning model that combines real-time online classes with local learning spaces.

In the Pocheon Self-Directed Learning Center's learning space, students will participate in the Gyeonggi Online School's real-time video lectures, receiving structured instruction from expert instructors, Q&A sessions, and feedback-focused learning. The goal is to increase learning engagement and sustainability through this blended environment, which combines online classes with on-site learning support.

The pilot program consists of two 5th grade math classes and one 3rd grade math class. Through this, we plan to simultaneously prevent learning deficits and strengthen self-directed learning capabilities, while providing equitable learning opportunities to students in areas with relatively limited educational infrastructure.

An official from the Provincial Office of Education stated, "Through this pilot program, we plan to expand this public-private collaborative learning model across the province, reducing learning exclusion due to time and space constraints and reducing reliance on private education."
