군포시는 산본신도시 특별 정비구역 지정과 관련해 선도지구 외 지역의 지정을 위한 정비사업 추진 계획을 최근 공고했다.

지난달 31일 공고된 가운데 ▲정비사업 추진 절차, ▲2026년 특별 정비구역 지정 물량과 지정 방법에 대한 안내 등을 담고 있다. 선도지구 외 구역도 선도지구와 동일한 방식으로 주민대표단 구성, 예비 사업 시행자 지정 및 협력형 정비 지원을 통해 추진한다.

시 관계자는 “특별정비계획(안) 사전 자문은 3월3일부터 접수할 수 있다”며 “2026년 지정 물량 내에서 정비구역이 지정될 수 있도록 행정적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.

Gunpo City Announces Plan to Designate Areas Outside of the Pilot District in Sanbon New Town

Gunpo City recently announced a plan to designate areas outside of the pilot district in relation to the designation of Sanbon New Town as a special redevelopment zone.

Published on the 31st of last month, the plan includes information on the redevelopment project implementation process, the 2026 Special Redevelopment Zone designation volume, and the designation process. Areas outside the pilot district will also be promoted in the same manner as the pilot district: by forming a resident representative group, designating a preliminary project implementer, and providing cooperative redevelopment support.

A city official stated, "Preliminary consultations on the draft special redevelopment plan will be accepted starting March 3rd. We will provide full administrative support to ensure that redevelopment zones are designated within the 2026 designated volume."
