경기도의회 고립·은둔 보듬 정책 연구회 소속 김재훈 의원(국민의힘·안양4)이 지난 1월 12일 경기도 청년기회과와 미래세대재단 관계자들과 함께 ‘2026년 경기 고립·은둔 청년 지원사업’ 추진을 위한 업무보고를 받고 사업 방향을 점검했다.

이번 보고는 2026년도 사업 시행을 앞두고 고립·은둔 청년 발굴부터 심리 회복, 사회적 관계 형성, 일상 회복, 일경험 제공, 재고립 방지까지 이어지는 단계별 지원체계를 점검하고, 경기도와 수행기관 간 협력 방안을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

경기도는 2026년 고립·은둔 청년 지원사업을 초기 상담과 맞춤형 전문상담을 시작으로, 유입·적응·관계 맺기·일상 회복 등 단계별 프로그램을 운영할 계획이다. 여기에 내부·외부 일경험 제공과 자조모임, ‘나와봄 센터’ 상시 운영을 통해 회복 이후 재고립을 예방하는 종합 지원체계를 구축한다는 방침이다.

김재훈 의원은 “지난 2년간 경기도 고립·은둔 청년 정책은 제도화와 예산 확대라는 성과를 이뤄냈다”며 “이제는 단순한 상담 중심을 넘어, 일경험과 사회 참여를 통해 고립을 해소하고 자립으로 이어지는 단계로 발전해야 한다”고 강조했다.

이어 “지원이 일회성에 그치지 않도록 고립·은둔 청년 지원센터를 상설화해 지역 거점 기능을 강화하고, 지속 가능한 지원체계를 마련할 필요가 있다”고 덧붙였다.

한편 김 의원은 「경기도 고립·은둔 청소년 및 청년 지원에 관한 조례」 제정을 주도하는 등 생애주기별 맞춤형 지원체계 구축과 정책 기반 강화를 위한 의정활동을 이어가고 있다.

Rep. Kim Jae-hoon (People Power Party, Anyang 4), a member of the Gyeonggi Provincial Council's Isolated and Reclusive Youth Support Policy Research Group, received a business report on the "2026 Gyeonggi Isolated and Reclusive Youth Support Project" on January 12th with officials from the Gyeonggi Province Youth Opportunity Division and the Future Generation Foundation and reviewed the project's direction.

Meanwhile, Councilmember Kim is continuing his legislative activities to establish a customized support system for each life stage and strengthen the policy foundation, including leading the enactment of the "Gyeonggi Province Ordinance on Support for Isolated and Reclusive Youth and Youth."
