의왕시가 1월 19일부터 3월 13일까지 복권기금과 함께하는 경기도 ‘아동가구 클린서비스 지원사업’의 신청을 받는다.

이번 사업은 열악한 주거환경에 거주하는 아동가구의 주거·위생 환경을 개선해 아이들의 건강한 삶을 지원하는 것을 목적으로 추진됐으며, 지원 대상은 최저주거기준 미달 주택 또는 반지하·옥탑 등 열악한 주거환경에 거주하는 만 18세 미만 저소득 아동 가구다. 지원 대상으로 선정된 가구는 최대 300만원 범위에서 주택 내 클린서비스와 생활 물품을 맞춤으로 지원받는다.

클린서비스는 소독·방역을 필수로 하며 도배, 장판 교체, 청소(수납 정리) 등이 포함돼 있고, 생활 물품의 지원은 냉난방기, 공기청정기, 세탁기, 건조기 등 주거 환경 개선에 필요한 물품으로 이뤄진다.

지원을 원하는 사람은 주소지 동 주민센터로 방문해 신청하면 되고, 신청 후에는 현장점검이 실시되고, 그 결과에 따라, 세부 지원 내용이 확정돼 순차적으로 서비스가 제공된다.

시 관계자는 “안전하고 깨끗한 주거환경 속에서 아이들이 건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 실질적인 주거 및 위생환경 개선에 힘쓰겠다”고 밝히며 시민들의 적극적인 신청을 당부했다.
