의무관리대상 공동주택은 총 공사금액의 40%(최대 6천만원), 비의무관리대상 공동주택은 총 공사금액의 80%(최대 4천만원), 다세대 등 소규모 공동주택은 총 공사금액의 80%(최대 2천만원) 내로 지원받을 수 있다. 또한, 아파트 경비·청소 노동자 휴게시설 개선사업은 총 공사비의 90%(최대 500만원)를 경비실 에어컨 지원사업은 초소당 최대 60만원을 지원한다.
