군포의왕교육지원청(교육장 정숙경)은 의왕 교육자원 연계 프로그램을 운영할 마을강사를 대상으로 2일부터 3일까지 양 일간에 걸쳐 역량 강화 아카데미를 운영했다.

2026년도 교육자원 연계 프로그램에는 의왕 지역의 19개 운영기관이 참여할 예정이며 기존에 마을강사로 활동 중인 111명 외에 54명의 신규 강사가 추가되어 165명이 마을강사 활동하게 된다.

이번 아카데미 프로그램은 안전체험을 포함한 안전교육, 마을 강사로서 갖추어야 할 기본소양, 교수·학습 영역 등 세 영역으로 구성되었다. 마을강사는 교사와의 협력 수업을 통해 학교 교육과정을 지원한다는 점에서 학생들에게 친근하게 다가가기 위한 전략적 기술이 요구된다.

이러한 역량을 키우기 위해 1일차에는 다양한 놀이 기법을 배우는 시간이 마련되었고, 2일차에는 러닝 퍼실리테이션 기반 수업 설계로 나만의 참여형 수업 만들기를 위한 이론 및 실습 과정이 25명 내외의 분반 수업으로 진행되었다. 이틀 간의 과정을 통해 마을강사들이 학생들과 수업을 진행하는 데 필요한 실제적인 역량을 강화하는 기회가 마련되었다.

이번 아카데미에 참여한 한 신규 강사는 “이번 아카데미에 참여해서 학생들에게 보다 친근하게 다가가고 효과적으로 수업할 수 있는 여러 가지 방법을 배울 수 있는 의미 있는 시간이었다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

정숙경교육장은 “2026년도에는 지역 자원을 개발, 활용하여 함께 성장하는 교육공동체, 조화롭게 성장하는 교육공동체를 만들기 위해 더욱 노력해 나가겠다.”라고 밝혔다.

Gunpo-Uiwang Office of Education Operates Capacity Building Academy for Village Instructors Collaborating with Local Communities

The Gunpo-Uiwang Office of Education (Superintendent Jeong Sook-kyung) held a two-day capacity building academy from the 2nd to the 3rd for village instructors who will operate the Uiwang Educational Resource Linkage Program.

Nineteen operating organizations in the Uiwang area are expected to participate in the 2026 Educational Resource Linkage Program. In addition to the 111 existing village instructors, 54 new instructors will be added, bringing the total number of village instructors to 165.

The academy program consists of three areas: safety education, including safety experience; basic skills required for village instructors; and teaching and learning. One new instructor who participated in the academy commented, "This academy was a meaningful opportunity to learn various methods to approach students more closely and teach effectively."
