고물가와 에너지 가격 불안으로 시름하던 안양 지역 주민들의 난방비 부담이 가벼워질 전망이다. 안양시가 지난 4년간 끈질기게 추진해온 ‘열 요금 합리화’ 노력이 마침내 요금 인하라는 실질적인 열매를 맺었다.
