안양시청소년재단은 6월 한 달간 전 직원을 대상으로 운영한 ‘청렴 실천의 달’ 행사를 마무리했다고 30일 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 대표이사의 청렴 메시지 전달을 시작으로 청렴 의식 제고와 상호 존중 문화 확산을 위해 마련됐다. 재단은 청렴 실천 약속, 상호 존중의 날 캠페인, 부패행위 모의신고 훈련, 성희롱·성폭력 및 2차 피해 예방 교육, 청렴 O/X 퀴즈 등 다양한 참여형 프로그램을 운영했다.

특히 부서별 취미활동을 공유하는 ‘상호 존중의 날 캠페인’을 통해 배려와 존중의 조직문화를 확산하고, 부패행위 모의신고 훈련으로 실제 업무에서 발생할 수 있는 부패 위험에 대한 대응 역량을 높였다.

안병일 대표이사는 “청렴을 일상에서 실천하는 조직문화를 만드는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “앞으로도 투명하고 공정한 업무 수행을 통해 시민에게 신뢰받는 청소년기관이 되도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 재단은 이번 행사에서 수렴한 의견을 조직 운영에 반영해 청렴과 상호 존중 문화가 일상에 정착될 수 있도록 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.
