안양시중소기업CEO연합회(회장 이정호)가 지난 7월 5일부터 6일까지 이틀간 충남 태안 리솜아일랜드에서 ‘2026 하계워크숍’을 개최하고 회원 간 교류와 함께 급변하는 산업환경에 대응하기 위한 경영 전략을 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.

이번 워크숍은 회원 간 화합과 소통을 강화하는 한편, 인공지능(AI) 기술 확산과 디지털 전환이 가속화되는 산업 환경 속에서 지역 중소기업이 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 대응 방안을 함께 고민하는 자리로 마련됐다.

참석한 회원들은 AI 혁신 시대를 맞아 제조와 서비스, 경영관리 등 다양한 분야에서 기술 변화가 기업에 미치는 영향을 공유하고, 중소기업의 현실에 맞는 활용 방안과 미래 성장 전략에 대해 의견을 나눴다.

또한 급변하는 경제 여건 속에서 기업의 지속가능한 성장과 지역경제 활성화를 위해 회원 간 협력 네트워크를 더욱 강화해 나가자는 데 뜻을 모았다.

워크숍을 마친 회원들은 귀경길에 태안군 꽃지해수욕장을 찾아 해변 환경정화 활동을 펼치며 자연보호 캠페인에도 동참했다. 회원들은 해변 곳곳에 버려진 생활쓰레기와 폐기물을 수거하며 깨끗한 해양환경 조성에 힘을 보탰다.

이정호 회장은 “기업의 경쟁력은 기술혁신에 대한 준비와 기업인 간의 협력에서 나온다”며 “이번 워크숍이 변화하는 산업환경에 대한 이해를 넓히고 회원 간 신뢰를 더욱 다지는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

이어 “지역사회의 책임 있는 경제주체로서 기업 활동뿐 아니라 환경보호와 사회공헌에도 지속적으로 관심을 갖고 실천해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

안양시중소기업CEO연합회는 지역 중소기업 간 정보교류와 상생협력을 통해 기업 경쟁력 강화와 지역경제 발전을 위한 다양한 활동을 이어오고 있다.

The Anyang SME CEO Association (Chairman Won Jae-moon) held its ‘2026 Summer Workshop’ for two days from July 5 to 6 at Resom Island in Taean, South Chungcheong Province. The event provided an opportunity for members to exchange ideas and share management strategies to respond to the rapidly changing industrial environment.

This workshop was organized to strengthen harmony and communication among members, while also serving as a platform to collectively deliberate on response measures for local SMEs to enhance their competitiveness amidst an industrial environment where the spread of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and digital transformation are accelerating.

In the era of AI innovation, participating members shared insights on the impact of technological changes on businesses across various fields, including manufacturing, services, and management. They also exchanged opinions on utilization methods tailored to the realities of SMEs and future growth strategies. Furthermore, the members agreed to further strengthen their cooperative network to promote sustainable corporate growth and revitalize the local economy amidst rapidly changing economic conditions.

On their way back to Seoul after the workshop, the members visited Kkotji Beach in Taean-gun to participate in a nature conservation campaign by conducting beach cleanup activities. The members contributed to creating a clean marine environment by collecting household waste and discarded debris scattered throughout the beach.

Chairman Won Jae-moon stated, "Corporate competitiveness stems from preparation for technological innovation and cooperation among entrepreneurs," adding, "I hope this workshop serves as an opportunity to broaden our understanding of the changing industrial environment and further solidify trust among members."

He continued, "As responsible economic actors in the local community, we will continue to take an interest in and practice environmental protection and social contribution, in addition to our business activities."

The Anyang City SME CEO Association has been carrying out various activities to strengthen corporate competitiveness and promote regional economic development through information exchange and mutual cooperation among local SMEs.
