군포도시공사(사장 배재국)가 지난 2일 본사 4층 회의실에서 ‘2026년 상반기 적극행정·혁신성과 발굴 경진대회’ 시상식을 개최했다.

‘적극행정·혁신성과 발굴 경진대회’는 조직 내 우수사례를 발굴·공유해 적극행정 실천과 혁신문화를 확산하기 위해 2020년부터 매년 열리고 있다.

올해는 17건의 사례를 대상으로 예선과 본선 심사를 거쳐 최종 6건의 우수사례를 선정했다. 최우수상은 ‘혁신 안전 솔루션, 3대 핵심 안전기술로 구현하는 스마트 안전환경’이 차지했으며, 우수상은 ‘전문기관 합동 고위험 요인(SIF) 전수점검’과 ‘저출생·지방소멸 극복! 가족친화 사회공헌활동’ 등 2건이 선정됐다.

공사는 수상팀에 상장과 온누리상품권을 수여했으며, 올해부터는 최우수상과 우수상 수상팀의 성과 창출에 기여한 직원을 ‘적극행정·혁신성과 우수직원’으로 별도 선정해 포상하는 등 포상체계를 확대했다.

배재국 사장은 “이번 경진대회가 적극행정과 혁신문화 확산의 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 우수사례를 지속적으로 발굴하고 공유해 시민과 직원이 체감할 수 있는 성과를 만들어 가겠다”고 말했다.

Gunpo Urban Development Corporation (President Bae Jae-guk) held an awards ceremony for the "2026 First Half Proactive Administration & Innovation Achievement Discovery Contest" on the 2nd at the conference room on the 4th floor of its headquarters.

The "Proactive Administration & Innovation Achievement Discovery Contest" has been held annually since 2020 to discover and share best practices within the organization, thereby promoting the practice of proactive administration and spreading a culture of innovation.

This year, six final outstanding cases were selected from 17 submissions following preliminary and final evaluations. The Grand Prize was awarded to "Innovative Safety Solution: A Smart Safety Environment Implemented with Three Core Safety Technologies," while two Excellence Awards were given to "Joint Comprehensive Inspection of High-Fat Factors (SIF) by Specialized Agencies" and "Overcoming Low Birth Rates and Local Extinction!
